We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the Global Markets team on a 12 month FTC. You will be responsible for supporting the Finance Director, the business and Group Finance with overall view of actual performance for business divisions.
You will be the key contact point between the region and the outsourcer, ensuring all processes and reporting are robust.
Role ResponsibilityProvide consolidated divisional view of monthly results to the Finance Director.Be the key point of contact for group, business, and outsourcer for any divisional management reporting related queries.
Responsible for managing two Finance Analysts, providing coaching, support and technical expertise where necessary.Update the Finance Director on performance to date, and consolidated regional view of results.
Be a key contact for to provide feedback and recommendations to outsourcer on processes and driving continuous process improvement via the outsourcer.

With a proven track record in commercial finance, you’ll possess a strong understanding in the application of core accounting practices and systems based on relevant financial qualifications and experience.
With demonstrable use of initiative, you anticipate issues and present practical solutions to deliver high quality output to tight deadlines.
A successful Finance Manager demonstrates a collaborative, proactive and self-motivated character with strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities against conflicting deadlines.
You’ll be adept at influencing across the board, with an adaptive and inclusive communication style. Proficient in Excel and advanced modelling experience, you are skilled at creating and maintaining complex financial models.
Accomplished in forecasting, reporting and consolidations in a complex multinational and experience in a multi-currency business environment is advantageous.
Knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and controls, setting policy and providing advice and guidance. A strong working knowledge of SAP / Business Warehouse is preferable.
Excellent accounting knowledge gained from a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent work experience.
