Your role will also include the analysis of Wholesale Customer Intelligence (Customer profile and behavior analysis, Modeling, Email-
Social Media- and Digital performance, etc) in close partnership with the company ??s Direct-to-Consumer business units.
The candidate will be in charge of Marketing budget planning and management for Wholesale CRM investments across Europe.
In addition to your CRM role, you may be assigned to build and implement a Regional marketing strategy in the company ?

store and online marketing, events, partnerships), Creative concept developments, and Business analytics..

and Product teams) as well as external partners (department stores, agencies).

Define the CRM strategy for Ralph Lauren ??s European Wholesale distribution in line with the company ??s CRM ambitions and processes, as well as the brands ?
global strategy and guidelines.
Think broadly at building an omni-channel customer journey, by collaborating with Media team and RL owned channels Email teams.
Manage the relationships and be first point of contact of key wholesale clients to negotiate the Marketing & CRM plans and to ensure that our brand share of voice remains high within our key distribution
Execute roll-out of plans with excellence, offline and online, and drive the cross-functional collaboration with teams involved in achieving this.
Provide ongoing analysis & key insights to prove campaigns effectiveness & ROI
Ensure good understanding of customer data, sales and buying performances and use it to enrich communication plans
Manage, track and assess budgets and costs of programs with key stakeholders
Identify innovative big ideas to communicate the brand that will guarantee strong awareness & engagement on the brand
Proactively stay up to speed on on / offline competitive activity trends to drive innovation
Bachelor ??s degree and above
work experience in CRM at an international Tech, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG company, on top Marketing experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge about digital and social media landscapes and customer KPI tracking
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and passionate about understanding consumer needs and digital / social trends
A results driven approach and ability to deal with a fast paced environment and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Team player attitude
A creative thinker, with the ability to push out the edges of what can be done
High verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate strategies and goals
Computer literate with excellent Excel and PowerPoint knowledge, knowledge of CRM software are a big plus.
