This is a great opportunity for a practiced Regional HR Advisor to join us at this exciting time. You will be skilled in all aspects of employee relations and get involved in our employee engagement work, too.
You will be the primary HR contact for our Vauxhall Division.
Your Responsibilities :
Advising on and facilitating disciplinary issues.
Resolving long-term absences.
Supporting and advising on business change
Offering advice across all departments of your division.
Working across multiple sites and liaising with employees and managers advising on HR matters.
Providing employees with support through our welfare process.
Training managers on all employee relations issues including performance management
Contribute to the development and improvement of all HR processes
To build and maintain excellent and effective working relationships with stakeholders by providing commercially credible and robust HR service
Multi- skilled across the full HR function from administration to recruitment
To undertake any allocated or ad-hoc HR projects
Proven track record within an HR Advisor role within a complex organisation
In depth knowledge or employment law and ACAS guidelines relating to the entire colleague lifecycle.
Ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified.
Fantastic communication and influencing skills.
Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet the needs of the business
Willingness to travel as part of the role
Be accustomed to working in a challenging fast paced environment
Experience of working with HR systems with excellent MS office skills
Minimum of 2 years is desirable
A full driving license.
