  • What are we looking for?

  • Play an active role in increasing the sale of Special Products for the sector, along with providing on-site support to oversee successful application of specialist products.
  • Engage with existing site-based and competitor’s customers with a view of converting conventional concrete sales to specialist products.
  • Manage commercial negotiations and take decisions with calculated risks, to enhance or gain commercial advantage.
  • What will I be responsible for?

  • Establish or expand relationships with key customers (e.g. Create new relationships, build new relationships within existing accounts)
  • Aim to achieve maximum selling price through using prompt price for all negotiations
  • Manage commercial negotiations and use upsell techniques to increase Special Products sales
  • Ensure applicable Add-Ons and Quote Validity periods are explained to customers
