We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Coordinator with a proven record of sourcing and approaching targeted candidates for a variety of job roles.
The successful candidate will be involved with :
Researching and investigating internal job roles and helping to create job descriptions where required.
Using social media (specifically Linked In) to target and approach potential suitable candidates, and advertise roles using the recruiter module.
Actively networking with candidates and industry connections.
Creating long and shortlists of candidates and supporting internal recruitment managers with screening.
Other ad-hoc projects and duties in Operations as they arise.
Qualifications and experience :
The right candidate will :
Be confident and have articulate presentation skills in person and on the phone.
Be a strong communicator.
Have a positive attitude and proactive approach.
Be a pragmatic thinker and solution finder.
Who we are looking for :
Minimum two years’ experience in recruitment / headhunting, building relationships with passive candidates and qualifying individuals who are suitable for roles.
Applicants should be educated to GCSE, including Maths and English (Grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) or equivalent.
Proficient in the use of social media applications for the purposes of recruitment (i.e. Linked In) and Microsoft Office.
