PR Communications Manager London Reading. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a PR-focused Marketing Manager to take their career to the next level.

Based in the Reading office, with some travel nationwide, you will join a growing team of architects, designers and planners to lead their communications.

The Role

This is a successful and established business that needs an additional person to head up their regional PR. You will have proven relevant experience within the architecture industry and a strong marketing and communications background.

As a PR Communications Manager London Reading, your role will be to ensure that all matters of PR are dealt with across the business as well as internal and external communications.

You will be a dynamic and confident individual with a highly proactive approach, able to make decisions. You will work closely with the business development director and marketing manager.

In this team with an excellent support network, fantastic support and resources, you will manage all aspects of overall national PR strategy.

As the main point of contact, you will overlook key projects and marketing for the company, in keeping with their brand.

They are seeking someone who is flexible to travel, this may between their offices throughout the UK. Using your first-class communication skills, you will build a strong rapport and lasting relationships with clients across the Region.

You will liaise with various stakeholders to develop the company’s approach to specific clients, communications and new business opportunities.

You will exude passion for architecture, design and the property industry. You will ensure that the brand is strong across all PR, marketing, digital and social media platforms.

You will lead the communications strategy for this and make any changes where required to ensure that the company is always ahead of the game.

You will fantastic responsibilities and tasks in place from day 1.

Software and Knowledge

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or marketing qualification, experience dealing with high-end clients.

You will have first-class communication skills including writing, with working knowledge of implementing successful PR strategies.

Reporting the analytics of how PR affects the business is important in this role, so you will be highly organised with excellent administration skills.

You will respect timescales, be deadline-driven and be open to last minute changes. You will be flexible, calm under pressure and able to juggle many tasks and projects at one time.

This role will suit a self-starter, someone who wants to grow their career into a specialist position, dealing with clients nationwide.
