Fast Growth Manager for Ciklum

Ciklum is looking for a motivated and experienced Fast Growth Manager to grow our footprint in the London scale up ecosystem.

You will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid understanding of the startup ecosystem, and a pre-existing network of scaling start-ups, VCs and accelerator programmes.

Your focus will be on generating and developing new client relationships for our digital services offering and supporting our accelerated growth plans.

You will be part of a high performing Go-To-Market team in the UK and will be supported by the Professional Services Director, as well as our in-house lead generation and marketing teams.


  • Generate new business opportunities and strategies to continue to fuel Ciklum’s growth in the fast growth start-up sector, through the identification of clients, partners and enablers
  • Generate potential clients through personal network, lead generation activity, event participation and partner engagement, from initial conversation through to opportunity close
  • Build internal relationships and quickly navigate the internal structures of Ciklum in order to bring together the most relevant team to meet the clients’ needs
  • Create financial business cases and present ROI back to customers and prospects
  • Create content and materials which support the business development and client engagement process including pitch decks, case studies and other materials
  • Evangelise Ciklum through attendance and participation in events and seminars
  • Meet quarterly KPIs and metrics
  • Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience working with clients, using technology solutions to help solve their challenges
  • Excellent presentation skills, both verbally and written with the ability to communicate how our capabilities solve our clients’ challenges
  • An understanding and keen interest in the technology startup ecosystem, agile delivery methodologies and technology stack
  • Ability to take ownership and work with ambiguity
  • Ability to interact with C-Level Executives, convey the value proposition of Ciklum, and explain in clear terms how Ciklum can help them meet their objectives
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms / contracts with line-of-business
  • Experienced working in a dynamic, fast paced often times stressful and highly rewarding sales environment
  • Personal skills

  • Entrepreneurial, high energy, sales oriented, with a keen interest and understanding of the fast growth start- up ecosystem
  • Ambitious, highly motivated and results driven but also collaborative in nature
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and with our clients, partners and enablers
  • Can work autonomously, without close supervision, and mature enough to take responsibility
  • Acts as a team player with highly developed communication skills
