What you will do
Based within our vibrant CustomerSupport Centre in Central Manchester, our Customer Service Advisors are thefirst point of contact for all of our ADT Security customers.
Our customerservice advisors support customers with everything from account queries totechnical support. You will build relationships with customers and takeownership of all enquiries ensuring the service and support you provide is thevery best available.

How you will do it
Following acomprehensive training program you will be fully equipped to take ownership ofcustomer enquiries and will take pride in being an expert in your field andgiving the very best customer service.
You will provide customers with adviceon how best to operate and test their security systems, arrange engineer visitsand engage with other ADT and Johnson Controls departments where required.

This is a telephone based role so an excellent telephonemanner, attention to detail and excellent spoken and written English isessential, as is IT literacy.
Any contact centre or customer service experiencewill be an advantage.
