The core value of the Older People Service is to promote Dignity In Care, independence and respect whilst providing high quality and competitive residential and day care services.

The service works in partnership with Lancashire's Safeguarding Adults multi agency policy. Older People's Care Services aims to be the first choice provider of care services in the Lancashire Area.

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Registered Care Manager and the management team at a Home for Older People and to complete administration tasks associated with running a Home for Older People.

This Business Support Officer's role will be based at Dolphinlee House in Lancaster. This is a part-time, permanent position and you will be expected to work Monday to Friday 09 : 00 till 14 : 00.

Here are a few things we are looking for : 4 GCSE's including Maths and English grade A to C (or equivalent qualification).

Previous experience of providing administrative support. An ability to work accurately under pressure. Experience using Microsoft Office.
