These are flexible and adaptable designed to address complex leadership challenges and deliver on wide ranging outcomes, built on core principles of leadership, culture and strategy.
Our approach intrinsically links the regulation and risk agendas, positioning all compliance activity within the risk framework as a risk category alongside others such as liquidity risk, market risk and operational risk.
This immediately establishes better visibility of the relationship between risk and regulation and enables cohesion of decision-making and methods.
