We have a new opportunity for a Change, Config and Release Manager to join our growing Information Technology team based at our London Head Office.
You’ll play a pivotal role within our Technology Transition Team, monitoring and ensuring the integrity of the Change Control processes of the BHF and ensuring that best practice is adhered to for all changes and releases to the live technology environments, thus minimising impact to Technology Services.
About the role
You’ll work across our Infrastructure, Development and Digital environments, playing a crucial role in implementing Continual Integration / Deployment practices within Operational Services and owning the end-to-end Release process across the Technology Directorate.
Reviewing proposed Technology Changes for business impact across the BHF you’ll also accommodate the drive for continual improvements that the Technology Directorate strives to deliver.
You’ll be involved in a wide range of technologies that reach into all areas of the business and you’ll see technology enabling the BHF to fulfil its cause.
ITIL accredited, including RCV capability or equivalent, you’ll have a technology architecture qualification.
You’ll have extensive experience of working in similar role and environment and will ideally have worked within the Charity Sector.
