Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for producing , coordinating and collating various aspects of the Group’s reporting requirements;
  • Providing support in the preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts and quarterly QBR reporting;
  • Preparing analysis to support the above;
  • Collating information from Regions and Operational management as required;
  • Identifying improvements to processes and controls;
  • To provide analysis and reporting to support the business operationally;
  • Creating and producing robust financial analysis to provide insight in to the business performance and to aid decision making;
  • Providing support to the Finance Director and Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in periodic analysis of results, looking backwards and forwards together with other ad hoc analysis as required;
  • Design and development of detailed financial models.
  • Knowledge and skills :

  • Preferably be a qualified accountant or final stage (ACA / ACMA / ACCA) with at least five years relevant accounting experience.
  • However strong candidates qualified by experience will also be considered;
  • Possess excellent advanced financial modelling skills;
  • Be able to translate complex financial data in to meaningful commercial information;
  • Be both competent and advanced users of Excel;
  • Be proficient at producing presentation media (eg PowerPoint);
  • Possess prior experience or knowledge of Kier Oracle systems and engagement with the Kier FSSC.
