Overall responsibility for all ACS, SIA, GDPR, quality and health & safety matters for TCFM group with responsibility to ensure the maintenance and implementation of all the requirements of the Health & Safety and Quality Management System.
The post holder is the Manager with the authority to resolve all quality and Health & Safety related matters for which they have a direct line of accountability to the Operations Director- TCFM
In addition, there will be Audit, Quality and H&S responsibilities for the TCFM Group, working closely with the TCFM Head Office and field-based teams, undertaking internal audit, policy and process review and advising operational staff as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and ISO 9001 2008 / ISO 14001 inspected status requirements both by law and in line with industry standards.
Ensure continuous improvement programmes in line with ISO 9001 2008 processes are developed and implemented
Ensure all SIA ACS requirements and enhancements are met and made
Ensure all policies and procedures are kept up to date and amended as necessary
Develop and implement the Equinox Quality Manual in line with ISO 9001 : 2008 and all-applicable industry standards.
Produce all quality literature and systems as pertinent to each function within the company calling upon the support of function heads for their specific contributions.
Ensure all company personnel are sufficiently informed of the quality procedures and, ensure they receive the necessary training to undertake their functions in line with the procedures.
Ensure that no uncontrolled forms or documentation are utilised and that all forms are being operated in line with the procedure.
Undertake Internal Audits both at Head Office, regional locations and Assignment bases to ensure conformance with the quality system
Acknowledge any Non-Conformances and undertake to project manage their resolution.
Hold Corrective Action Meetings as required with functional heads and senior managers in order to ensure continued appraisal of the quality procedure and cascade best practice
Ensure the quality procedures are regularly reviewed and maintained in line with the evolving needs of the business
Recommendation and production of all Health & Safety literature and systems
Constantly monitor H&S legislation to ensure company conformance
Control and monitor the Company accident reporting procedures ensuring all incidents are processed in line with company policy, statistics are collated and analysed giving a trend report.
Undertake all liaison with the HSE and other official bodies / agencies as required.
Cascade H&S information to all personnel ensuring their understanding and compliance
Annual Keyholding Audit with Control (Complying work)
Lead the Environmental Team for ISO14001
Regular Collection of Environmental Data e.g., electric and gas usage, Paper usage, Business Mileage etc. / Presentation of collected data for ISO14001 audits.
TCFM Group Responsibilities
Undertake Internal Audits both at Head Office, regional locations and Assignment bases to review conformance with the quality system
Acknowledge any Non -Conformances and undertake to project manage their resolution.
Review Polices and Procedures and contribute to the harmonisation of Group wide policy decisions
Ensure SIA business licencing, when introduced is attained for the Group company and cascaded as appropriate.

Role Requirements :
Significant knowledge of the security industry SIA / ACS requirements and protocols, BS7499 and BS7858
Significant knowledge of ISO accreditation requirements
H&S qualification beneficial
Significant keyboard skills and experience of working with Microsoft office applications. Excellent Word and Excel Skills.
Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Publisher
Ability to work within a team
