Our client commercial litigation department is thriving and expects to continue its success over the coming year. As a result, they are looking to add an additional Commercial Litigation Solicitor to the team.

The appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be an integral part of the team and as well as assisting senior members of their team on large, complex cases, they will also handle their own caseload independently.

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be given the possibility of expanding their knowledge and skill gaining experience on a range of high quality commercial dispute resolution work, including exposure to clients in diverse sectors including Diversified Industrials, Transport, Public Procurement, Education, Fitness To Practice and Energy.


The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor should have at least two years of experience gained working within a similar commercial litigation department.

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor should have previously worked on a complex caseload including multi jurisdictional matters.

The ability to successfully demonstrate having undertaken business development and a passion to continue this in their role with our client is also essential.
