Joining a leading client developer within a team of projects managers in the delivery of residential led mixed use development in London.
Your experience must include new build development with personal management of the professional team and contractor with typical contract values of circa £10m - £20m per scheme.
Experience of the detailed design, tender, negotiation and onsite stages are important.
The client has a growing pipeline and needs to add to the team an experienced project manager to meet the needs of the pipeline.
Although initially offered on a fixed term contract of 18 months, it is the clients hope this will be converted to a permanent role subject to the wider economic climate.
The ideal candidate will be joining from a consultancy project management practice, a contracting background or already on the client side, demonstrating a passion for project management, innovation and hands-on mentality.
