CK Group are recruiting for a Support Analyst / Administrator to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Barnard Castle on a contract basis for 12 months covering maternity leave.

They manufacture sterile products in vials and syringes, including several biopharmaceuticals and vaccines, clean liquid products inhaled via nasal sprays as well as dermatologicals such as creams and ointments in tubes / pumps / tablets / suspensions, specifically antibiotics.
The Location :
The role is based at our client's site in Barnard Castle which is a market town in Teesdale, County Durham. Barnard Castle sits on the north bank of the River Tees, and 21 miles south-
west of the county town of Durham. Nearby towns include Bishop Auckland and Darlington.
The Role :
Your main duties will be to :
Provide operational support.
Ensure the facility is functional and fit for purpose and is at all times audit ready in line with GxP expectations.
Provide analytical support to all teams.
Further responsibilities will include to :
Manage and maintain the office facility and consumables.
Interact with Site Facilities and external vendors for office fixes, improvements, raising help desk calls and deal with any other issues that could otherwise adversely impact the effectiveness of department.
Maintain the print room for use by operational staff, including specialist plotters and proofreading equipment also coordinating external engineer visits to resolve hardware problems.
Ensure and maintain readiness for site, internal and external level audits.
Maintain records ensuring fully compliant.
Facilitate Risk Management Control Board and Quality Council meetings to monitor training compliance and progress against mitigation plans (Packaging Functions in APS).
Provide a range PMO services and programme support for the PASS LT members based at the site.
Support team leads with data analysis and KPI trending as necessary.
Manages the Document Management process ensuring team documents are in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
Monitors training co-ordination and acts to ensure the contingent of Artwork & Packaging Services is achieving training compliance of 100%.
Your Background :
The ideal candidate for this role will have :
A levels or similar equivalent standard.
Competent written and spoken English.
Excellent analytical skills and competencies.
Previous experience in an administrative role, supporting local and remote senior managers and teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrates team and cross-functional working ability.
Good analytical ability - comfortable with data and data manipulation.
Good understanding of GxP processes and requirements.
Manages budgets (capital equipment and consumables).
Basic understanding of specialized equipment used in the arena of artwork and packaging production.
Proven planning, organising skills and ability to prioritise workload.
Resilient individual who thrives working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Demonstrate a positive approach to tasks and a can-do attitude.
Able to manage diverse routine and adhoc administrative projects simultaneously using creativity and independent judgment.
