Telephony Customer Service Must have call centre experience

Up to £18, 000

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

We are working with a small and friendly Telford based business looking for a customer focused candidate to join an established leading distribution centre.

You will be part of a friendly team and will be responsible for delivering a quality, cost effect and reliable service while exceeding customer needs and working to timescales.

Duties include : Customer Care

The right Candidate :

Must have 2 years + Customer service, Account handling, or Sales administration experience.

Have excellent time management and orgainisation

Participate in Internal training programs

NVQ in Customer Service would be an advantage

Excellent written and verb communication skills
