Our Finance Team is looking for a Finance Business Partner for our UK business Commercial Teams.

Reporting to the UK and IE Finance Director, you will support key commercial decision makers and participate in budget and business plan creation.

Role overview :

  • Financial business partner for the UK business Commercial Teams with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Working closely with non-finance stakeholders to provide regular analysis to support key commercial decision makers.
  • Working closely with the Sales Directors to create detailed financial budgets and business plans, ensuring targets are met by demonstrating a strong commercial understanding of the business units
  • Monitor, track and report customer profitability through production of monthly management accounting information.
  • Develop & manage financial reporting activities and KPI's
  • Provide strong independent advice to Sales Directors, to ensure good, financially sound business decisions are made.
  • Ensure financial risk & opportunities are documented clearly; drive the delivery of opportunity & support risk migration activity
  • Month end, quarter end and year end activity as appropriate
  • Qlikview Key User and Trainer
  • Financial evaluations & other ad-hoc analysis
  • Essential Experience :

  • Proven ability and previous experience within a commercial manufacturing finance role.
  • Previous experience in business partnering
  • CIMA or ACCA part qualified or QBE
  • Analytical and innovative approach to solutions with excellent systems skills - Advanced Excel.
  • Ability and confidence to translate data into business information which can be used to drive and challenge operational decision making
  • Prioritisation of workload in a fast-paced working environment
  • Proven track record in delivering on commitments
  • ERP system skills - preferably SAP, Business Warehouse and Qlikview experience preferred but not essential.
