Salary : Competitive basic + onsite parking Working : 35 hours, Monday to Friday Location : Harwell, Oxfordshire (OX11 0SG) Working within the Retail Active Customer Experience as an Account Executive, you will manage client programmes instilling passion for performance and driving first class results for our clients.
You will drive best practice proposals and new initiatives delivering continuous operational improvement. You will assist in the production and presenting of results, innovation and insight to clients for / at regular review meetings.
You will also build relationships with the auditing team to drive loyalty and ensure they have full understanding of each programme’s objectives, while embedding company standard operating systems and best practice fully within all programmes.
Manage and deliver client programmes to achieve 100% coverage on time in full, with no errors Assist in the development of your programmes organically and support new business activity where required Assist in the fulfilment of KPI’s for all client programmes Identify cost saving and efficiency measures and ways of working Support in the production of invoicing for client programmes Review forecasts for your programmes weekly with your Account Director to allow accurate submissions to Group Finance Build and grow relationships with Auditors to drive loyalty Identify Auditor training needs, create training modules and support Auditor training nationwide when required Assist in the review and analysis of reporting and results for each programme to extract insight to share regularly with clients Assist in the production of quarterly review presentations for clients Identify best practice ways of working and initiatives Brief Proof Readers working on your programmes and provide regular feedback to ensure full understanding of client’s needs and objectives Personal demonstration of our values and people strategy at all times A full valid UK or International Driving License Commercial awareness and the ability to analyse complex financial information and recommend corrective action where necessary Excellent presentation skills Ability to manage issues and resolve problems through proactive recommendation of solutions Ability to communicate effectively and proactively build relationships with clients Highly confident on windows office packages including word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook A strong understanding of the importance of promoting our expertise and proactively generating insight for our clients A confident and knowledgeable individual who will grow and develop client programmes at Retail Active Self-
