Recruitment Consultant - IT and Digital Media - Graduate


£18,000 - £22,000 Salary + Uncapped Commission (£30k+ OTE)

Our client is a one of leading recruitment firm in the South West specialising in placing some of the best Information Technology and Digital Media personnel in the UK.

Our client has experienced great success over the recent year and due to this are looking to expand their company and are now looking to hire recent graduates to join their team as Recruitment Consultants.

With a large client base full of blue-chip clients, they are looking to establish themselves as the top recruitment agency in the South West.

With our client, a Recruitment Consultant will part of a hardworking and friendly team, and in a supportive and driven environment, where everyone helps each other to achieve.

You will be given hands on training from a senior consultant to ensure you have the skills and the confidence to be successful and to take advantage of the lucrative commission structure this company has in place for their Recruitment Consultants.

For Recruitment Consultants, our client offers an industry-leading commission structure on top of a competitive basic salary.

This can see Recruitment Consultants earning well over £30k in their first year and comfortably over £45k in their second year.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant consists of :

  • Conducting Market research, studying market trends and communicating findings
  • Sourcing new candidates through advertising, networking, research and headhunting
  • Assessing candidates experience, arranging interviews and managing interview processes
  • Guiding candidates and clients through the hiring process, offering advice and coaching where needed
  • A Graduate Recruitment Consultant will need to have :

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build long-lasting relationships with individuals across board.
  • An interest in Digital Media and IT
  • A great work ethic with the drive and motivation to hit targets.
  • Highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
