Experience overseeing the asset management process for large quantities of creative assets, including ingestion, review, approval, handoff and archiving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate with international partners across timezones.
Comfortable delivering against tight and sometimes shifting deadlines.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, a proactive communicator with strong project and time-management skills.
Familiarity with design concepts, terminology and digital asset specifications.
Proficient in the use of multiple tools, trackers, and file storage systems (such as Quip, Box, DAM systems, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).
Excellent understanding of and passion for technology, and the breadth of apps and games on the App Store.
Fluency in English. Other languages beneficial.
You will be joining a dynamic digital production environment and will oversee the intake and approval of hundreds of developer assets submitted for promotional use on the App Store every month.
The digital assets team is a key partner in the App Store ecosystem, and works closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Editorial, Production and Business Affairs to coordinate and deliver engaging promotions to our customers.
You will be responsible for carrying out the developer asset lifecycle from request through reviews and approvals to handoff and archiving.
You will also be responsible for working cross-functionally with teams around the world to help shape plans for process and platform enhancements.
