Position Overview

You will deliver a Michelin star service to all our guests, providing them with a dining experience of modern British food which is seasonal and flavoursome, designed and executed by Executive Chef, Adam Smith.

Essential Functions & Physical Requirements

  • You will provide breakfast, lunch or dinner service
  • Assist the Chef de Rang with a smooth and timely service for your section
  • Serve beverages, canapes and petit fours, providing explanations
  • Gain knowledge of all the food and beverage products, with allergens and dietary requirements being key
  • Assist in any private dining events within the restaurant
  • Maintain the pass and mise en place including all operating equipment
  • Work closely with the kitchen tea
  • Qualifications and Desirables

  • Good knowledge of food and wine
  • Attention to detail
  • Well groomed and presented
  • Good command of English
  • Able to work full time and flexible to meet shift patterns
