The role

This is one of three two leadership roles in the UK, heading up a newly formed account Management across the country. The focus of the role is to build out the Account Management Specialism and Function.

Establishing best practices for account growth and expansion including partnering with and leading teams including BDRs, the New Business team, trials, Marketing and other functions.

The team :

Reporting to the SVP Head of International Sales, this role will be a critical part of Ezra’s International sales leadership team.

And work closely with a peer Team Lead in New Business to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired clients into the account management team.

How will I make an impact ?

  • Lead on building and developing a high performing team who can drive growth in the key area of account management
  • Partner with New Business sales leadership to transition seamlessly newly acquired customers.
  • Develop creative and impactful strategies to ensure Ezra’s approach to Growing and expanding accounts is best in class and constantly evolving
  • Onbaord, coach and develop the team with different levels of account management experience from entry level to Key Account Director.
  • Partner with Marketing, Solution Leads, Trials, Opportunity Management and other cross functional experts and teams to develop winning approaches to account expansion
  • Partner with our Adecco Group and LHH partners around UK and across different brands to unlock opportunities to drive new business within existing accounts
  • Act as a brand spokesperson / ambassador for Ezra in the UK, leading presentations and events with clients and customers
  • Function as part of the sales leadership group as well as be a key leader within the wider International Sales Team.
  • What you bring to this role :

    You have :

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to build, coach and develop a high performing account management / sales team.
  • Effective at addressing any sales performance issues through coaching and development and performance management
  • Ability to foster an environment where the team are highly engaged, motivated and performing
  • An ability to thoughtfully develop specialism in account management
  • Willingness to travel for a significant number of days in the year to meet customers
  • 7+ years’ experience in sales with a successful track record everywhere you have been
  • Preferably significant relevant experience in the HR consulting / leadership & L&D space
  • Familiarity with relevant systems, e.g. salesforce.
  • Outstanding & compelling presenting / storytelling skills
  • Highly developed skills in networking, partnering and communicating with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Flexible hours may be required to run deals / partner across regions / time zone
  • Strategic, creative, and commercially minded - entrepreneurial
  • English language essential
