  • We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our rapidly growing European sales team, here at our Base Camp in London! Supporting our sales teams currently based in London, Paris and Amsterdam, you will be responsible for all areas of administrative support;
  • from rate loading to reporting, to sales trip travel planning and coordinating inductions, team training, meetings and outings.

    This is a fabulous opportunity for someone looking to join the world of sales.

    Reporting to our Head of Sales, Corporate, Anna Dunworth , we are looking for someone who is super organised, has a very strong eye for detail, can multitask and someone who would enjoy the admin side of supporting a busy and dynamic team.

    Experience in using Microsoft office programmes - Excel, Word and PowerPoint would be preferable. You don’t need to have a background in hotels or sales, we can teach you everything you need to know about the wonderful world of hotel sales!

    What you’ll do

  • A whole host of reporting and analysis
  • Coordination of team activities, including induction, meetings, training & outings
  • System maintenance and configuration
  • Organisation of the corporate rate negotiation season, ensuring all corporate rates are loaded and visible
  • Support the Sales Team with the coordination of sales trips, client events and entertainment
  • Participate in a wide range of projects including new openings, promotion and collateral planning, global and European sales initiatives as well as a number of smaller ad hoc projects
