We have a brand new opportunity for a Yard Person to join our growing business in Kidlington.

This is a business critical role that supports our key worker teams to keep running, by ensuring they have quick access to stock and equipmentt.


  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and tidy depot in accordance with health and safety requirements.
  • Taking delivery of new stock, checking all delivery notes and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Monitoring all vehicles, ensuring they comply with depot site safety and driving rules and escalating non-conformity when appropriate.
  • Assisting with stock taking activities.
  • Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Personal Attributes

    Previous relevant experience working in a similar environment and a full driving license are both essential as is an awareness of health, safety and environmental legislation.

    Confidence with systems along with good communication, organisational and planning skills are important and a forklift license would be desireable.

    Please note that this is physically demanding role.
