We are seeking a well-organised administrator to support and monitor the University’s central processes relating to student complaints.
The role will assist with the investigation of student complaints, draft correspondence and reports, provide internal training and advice, and contribute to reviews of policies and procedures.
You will also undertake some committee servicing.
This is a part-time role (18.25 hours per week), hours to be agreed, for a fixed-term period until August 2021.
