Midway Care Group is a forward thinking organisation, consisting of residential homes and supported living services for adults with a learning disability and dual diagnosis.
We pride ourselves on providing personalised support which is flexible and responsive. Currently providing services to 75 people, in ten residential services and 18 plus supported living services, with around 600 staff.
Our aim is for these numbers to continually grow in future years and we are committed to the development of these services.
To work 37.5 per week; However, the nature of the job responsibilities may require flexible hours, including some evening and weekend hours, or adjusted beginning and ending times, bank holidays as required.
You are required to work additional hours when authorised and as necessitated by the needs of the business and take part in on-call.
You will be reporting directly to the Locality Manager, this role will provide direct, and hands on, day to day leadership to a team of support workers, within a supported living projects.
You will also be required to Deputise in the absence of the registered locality manager you will support the day today management of the service ensuring the people we support receive a personalised service which meets and continually responds to their changing needs.
