You are the face of The Body Shop and the link between our brand and our customers.

We want someone who will shape a customer focused store experience by leading the team to drive customer engagement and bring the brand to life.
It is essential for our Store Managers to be confident to use the data we provide you with to make sound commercial and business decisions.
Part of the normal day to day role you will oversee the operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of house, whilst maintaining harmony and efficiency on the shop floor but that’s not all! Our people are at the heart of everything we do so you would be involved in attracting, retaining, upskilling and enabling our team members to be the best version of themselves.

Retail experience, full knowledge of the beauty market and have passion for our products!
