We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our team at one of our DLA Piper sites in Manchester, M2.
We are a contract catering company that provides a fresh food service, serving seasonal and innovative food to a rosette standard for 60 to 200 people per day.
We provide continental Breakfast. Lounge style lunch service with hot and cold mains, salads and cakes. Working lunch sandwiches, hot nibbles.
Plus fine dine and canapes events on an evening.
As our Commis Chef, you will work closely with the senior Chefs to learn and develop and will eventually be responsible for the operation of your own section within the kitchen.
You will assist the Chefs with the preparation of dishes for the service(s) we provide.

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm. A degree of flexibility is required to cater to the needs of the business and the unit.
