Seven Social Care is looking for a Neighbourhood Services Team Leader to fill an exclusive opportunity across Milton Keynes.

The role :

As a Neighbourhood Services Team Leader, you will manage and motivate the Neighbourhood Services staff to deliver outstanding performance, high customer satisfaction and value for money.

Work as part of the Neighbourhood Service to deliver outstanding housing and support services, and contribute to the delivery of the Council’s strategic objectives.

Build excellent internal and external working relationships to enhance service delivery. Support the Neighbourhood Services Manager to deliver the Council’s and Directorate’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and develop a team of highly trained professionals to estate management and tenancy services
  • Ensure the Council complies with the Housing Acts and Health & Safety legislation and all related statutory guidance.
  • Support the Neighbourhood Services Manager to develop the Council’s strategy, policies and procedures in relation to estate management and tenancy services.
  • Applicant Requirements :

  • Qualifications : Chartered Institute of Housing Professional Qualification or equivalent.
  • Travel : Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours : 37 hours p / w.
