Ø This is a multi-skilled role incorporating Front Office, Nights, Food and Beverage, Kitchen Duties in line with the business demands
Ø You will have the ability to multi-task while under pressure and have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role
Ø Ensures the high standard of services provided for guests and the attainment in all areas of the hotel for both qualitative and quantitative targets.
Ø Conveys the hotel’s image and atmosphere though his / her exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field
Ø Welcomes guests as soon as they arrive with due care and attention
Ø Takes care of guests from their arrival through to the departure
Ø Helps meet department’s quantities and qualitative targets
Ø Helps bring certain brand concepts to life on a day-to-day basis
Ø Preparing Food
Ø Suggest any improvements that could be made to existing services or procedures.
Ø Follow the expectations and guidelines in the Accor Employee Handbook.
Ø Do not divulge Hotel or guest information either during or after employment with the hotel / Accor.

Ø Handle invoicing and taking payments, checking cash amounts and ensuring the security of funds.
Ø You may be required to close the day's accounts and check deliveries, to participate in cleaning the hotel and its surroundings according to hygiene rules and regulations, in technical maintenance of the hotel and the durability of materials and the safety of persons and belongings within the hotel.
Ø Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
Ø Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
Ø Carries out all operations concerning guest arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
Ø Informs guests about the formalities any special conditions relating to their stay and the services available
Ø Applies the procedures of internal audit
Ø Passes on information as necessary to other departments and to other team members
Ø Ensures that all guest documentation is up to date and available
