An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Education Executive to join the MAC brand within Travel Retail Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to cover their business across the Middle East and India.

This role will report to the Area Sales and Operations Manager based in Dubai and will be responsible for airports across the region.

The geography may change depending on business expansion.

MAC Travel Retail EMEA is in the top ten global markets for MAC and it is a dynamic and exciting business with lots of growth and development opportunities.

The role will be responsible for driving retail sales and the total management of the operations in the designated area.

This will be achieved through business performance analysis, the recruitment, coaching, development and motivation of the Retail Managers and Make-

Up Artists and providing business support to the team enabling them to perform successfully.


Candidates will have multi-site sales and people management expertise; be analytical and commercially driven as well as be able to demonstrate a successful track record in the achievement of targets and objectives.

Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills are essential along with the passion and commitment to travel to cover key priorities across the area.

The ability to council employee conflicts and to thrive in a fast moving environment will be key to achieving success in this role.

Candidates considered will be at Senior Retail Manager / Sales & Education Executive / Manager Retail Operations level and have consistent performance in their current role.

Established Retail Managers with proven track record of success will also be considered for the role.

Candidates will live in Dubai within easy access to an international airport to enable them to easily travel.
