Our call centre agents are the voice of our business, the friendly person on the phone for all our customers. You are responsible for shaping our customer’s experience with us.

How will you do this?

You will help customers with their enquiries, helping to find the right products and solutions for their needs. Using your people skills you will build a great rapport with our customers, making sure their experience with Atlanta and our brands is always positive.

A natural relationship builder, you will effortlessly interact with our customers, helping to resolve their issues, developing long term relationships and engaging with new customers.

You are always friendly, positive and ready to help.

You will also :

Always leave customers with a positive experience of Atlanta and view of the brands, always wanting to ensure they are satisfied

Meet your relevant KPIs, knowing what you need to achieve to succeed

Make sure you handle complaints effectively and escalate them appropriately, ensuring that we have fair customer outcomes.
