Project Account Manager
South Region / London
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our apprenticeship trainingdivision for a Project Account Manager to take responsibility for some key levypaying accounts to drive revenue and maximise spend from existing employerbusiness.
Please be aware this will involve frequent travel.
What will you do?
Responsible for the development of existing employer business for some key levy accounts
Be in regular contact with your allocated accounts, ensuring contact & visibility on a regular basis
Build a close working relationship with various stakeholders, internally & externally
Provide information & advice to employers on the apprenticeship levy and wider funding reforms
Managing a small delivery team to ensure your accounts have an excellent service
Negotiate and develop service level agreements with key accounts
Do you have?
Proven account management experience
Previous experience working within the apprenticeship & training industry, ideally from within a training provider
Sound knowledge of apprenticeships, new standards and Levy
Presentation skills to present to employers & clients at a senior level
Ability to build a rapport at a senior level
Outstanding customer service & communication skills
Proven experience of using recruitment systems
A degree in Sales & Marketing would be ideal, although not essential
Good networking and presentation skills
Due to the nature of the role, you must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
