As a Validation Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring that all Job Packs are validated within SLA and you will work with Ops Teams and Project Managers to schedule in Pre-Delivery site surveys.
You will add notes to internal systems to ensure that all parties are up to date with the statis of the jobs, liaise with the planning team to ensure clean handoff of work once validated to be planned into the work schedule.
This rile will also require you to work alongside the Client to resolve any issues found in the hob packs to make the work fluid.
You will attend conference calls and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively work to improve process and delivery.
You may also be asked to carry out other reasonable requests as determined by management.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role you will have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel and Outlook.
You will have a good level of IT competency and be able to pick up new systems quickly. Ideally you will also have experience in an Operational Setting, however this is not essential.
