Salary : £18.525

There is opportunity to undertake extra care duties alongside this role.

City & County Healthcare Group provides quality home care services to people living across the UK. We enable our service users to access the expert care they need, whilst continuing to live in the homes that they know and love.

To support the process to recruit Care Staff into our respective Care organisations, we are now seeking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator.

We are currently looking for a Full time Administrator to join our busy Domiciliary Care Office in Paisley. We pride ourselves on providing the best care services to people in their own homes in line with regulations and care plans and we are looking for someone to join us in this exciting time of success and growth.

Typical duties will include, but not be limited to :

  • Telephoning individuals / applicants who have applied for work at any of our care branches
  • Conducting high volume, comprehensive Tele Interviews (within strict SLA’s)
  • Updating and maintaining the in-house ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Booking interviews and documenting outcomes
  • Data mining / CV Searching in response to specific requests from branches
  • Dealing with incoming calls
  • Set up new Carers on the ECM system including issuing PIN numbers
  • Participates in team meetings
  • Undertakes training as required
  • Promotes, respects and upholds the dignity of service users at all times
  • Participates in and actively supports activities that promotes the dignity of service users, their families and Carers
  • Provide general administration support to the Branch Office
  • The person :

  • You will possess exceptional tele communication skills / techniques
  • Have a good standard of general education (Minimum of 2 x GCSE’s in English / Maths at Grade C or above)
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Self-starter
  • Intuitive and proactive approach to work
  • Creative problem solver
  • Preferably a good understanding of the Home Care Sector- Not essential
