About the Role
We’re looking for a JUNIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE to join the Midlands Regional Management team, part of the wider Performance Team at Stuart UK.
You will report into the Midlands Regional Manager. You will focus on delivering a world class service to our clients at all times through operational efficiency & insights, excellent planning and meticulous execution.
You will be working hand-in-hand with the Regional Manager to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement targeted performance improvement strategies.
You will be at the forefront of regional operations, running and maximising operations on a day-by-day and week-by-week basis.
You will be responsible for working with the Regional Manager to ensure the smooth running of our client operations in their region.
You will work across teams and departments to improve the operational efficiency of your cities. You will provide insights via gathering on-the-ground courier and client feedback as well as execute client launches and roll-outs.
Supporting the Regional Manager with the daily operations & processes for running cities across their region
Taking a hands-on approach to performance delivery, including thorough performance analysis, store visits & courier focus groups
Running courier surveys with support from the fleet management team to gather operational insights on the ground
Identifying areas for operational improvement based on your insights, operational understanding and courier feedback
Recommending operational & performance strategies to the Regional Manager
Executing store roll-outs for our clients, including setting up the operations for a flawless launch process
You are actions and solutions oriented
You are inquisitive, forward-thinking, curious, thoughtful and confident questioning the status-quo
You enjoy collaborating and don’t shy away from working with different types of stakeholder!
Experience in an operations, expansion or supply management role a plus - but definitely not essential!
