Scott & Co have an immediate vacancy for a Debt Recovery Assistant / Hand Collection Processor based at our office in Edinburgh.

What you'll be doing :

  • Reviewing accounts with a view to further action
  • Negotiating and agreeing payment plans
  • Preparing documentation for accounts being referred to court action
  • Checking and processing collections sheets within specified deadlines.
  • Dealing with telephone / written enquiries and instructions
  • Liaising with clients and responding to enquiries.
  • What you'll need :

    Applicants should have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and on their own.

    The role requires good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to meet performance objectives set by the Company.

    Experience in a similar role would be beneficial however full training will be provided.

    This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week

    Hours of work : Monday - Friday 08.30am to 5.00pm
