  • Resooma is creating a data-driven property platform that gives renters transparent and personalised property insights so that they can find their perfect home.
  • 62% of the British public find moving home the most stressful event in their lives. Rental tenants are disproportionately affected with 45% experiencing anxiety as a direct result of housing concern.
  • Much of the stress caused by property moves is due to the unknown. Most renters have very little experience securing homes and they don’t trust their primary sources of information - agents and landlords - to provide accurate descriptions of properties.
  • COVID has made it especially difficult to view properties and to gain adequate information from existing tenants, pushing renters to make decisions solely online, leaving them feeling even more fearful of making the wrong decision.

    About the Role :

  • Resooma is looking for two ambitious salespeople to join the team in the role of B2C Sales Executives.
  • Candidates will need to immerse themselves in the lives of Resooma’s users young / student renters and discover what they really care about.
  • Your job is to call potential customers who have expressed an interest in Resooma Bills - a leading household bills management service for tenants living in shared houses and entice them to sign up with Resooma.
  • You will need to be ambitious, driven and love conversing. You must enjoy passionately selling and get a buzz out of helping customers.

  • All customers will have already been through Resooma’s website quotation system and therefore there will be no cold calling to unexpecting prospects.
  • You will work in a target-driven environment and will be able to react positively to this to create a fun but competitive atmosphere with your peers.

    Key responsibilities :

  • Execute outbound communication to new potential customers that have enquired about Resooma’s services (calls, emails and IM) to support growing the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with Resooma’s marketing team to continually feedback recommendations about how Resooma can better target its audience and improve its customer acquisition rates.
  • Monitor live chat inbound enquiries and use it to sell Resooma’s services to customers.
  • Uncover customer concerns and understand their queries so you can suitably service their needs.
  • Articulate Resooma’s key value propositions to its customers.
  • Requirements & experience :

  • Exemplary communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in sales or promotional activity.
  • University degree level education preferred but not essential.
  • Enthusiasm, passion and ambition are must-haves.
  • Experience using CRM system to manage sales prospects (ideally Hubspot CRM) is preferred.
