Why this role matters

A Key Influencer of our employee experience in the complex and specialist people policies we support, using your employee relations expertise to steer people managers to create an engaged and retained workforce focussed on a great customer experience and minimise / mitigate legal risk to the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead a team of Pay & Reward consultants to deliver a quality employee experience and achievement of key performance metrics
  • Provide clear and effective HR Pay & Reward advice, HR administration support and guidance on all policies, procedures, processes, guidelines and tools
  • Implement & review quality measures across the team
  • Analyse and interrogate pay & reward data to provide insight and root cause to improve the employee experience
  • Work collaboratively across HR to improve the employee experience, overcoming obstacles and driving an efficient HR service
  • Identifying continuous improvement in the way we work, making recommendations and implementing interventions to support and optimise the way we work and enhancing the employee journey
  • Stakeholder management across all business areas
  • We'll also need to see these on your CV

  • People & Resource Management
  • Understanding of HR policies and processes. Employee Relations &HR Case Management experience
  • Knowledge of Data Protection Act and management of employee data
  • Knowledge & experience of HR systems ( Fusions and HRHD CRM )
  • Stakeholder management
  • Continuous improvement experience with ability to investigate, resolve and present ideas
