Job Overview

MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation based in Central London to recruit an Administrator to work on an interim contract.

We are seeking enthusiastic and organised professionals with exceptional customer service and administrative skills. You will be responsible for providing an excellent clerical service across various departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Providing excellent administration / clerical service to internal departments and Senior Team

Act as first point of contact for organisations customers in regards to queries and concerns

Updating relevant databases to ensure all queries and resolutions are logged

Skills Required :

Previous administrative experience ideally with a public-sector organisation

Proficient ability in using Microsoft office packages

Experience of working within Estates / Facilities will be advantageous

Excellent customer service skills

A good attitude and willingness to learn
