This person is responsible for attracting and hiring best-in-class talent for Stryker. This is a key role to ensure Talent Acquisition at Stryker becomes a strategic organization that delivers excellence in functional and operational recruitment in support to the businesses and functions within Stryker.
You will own the recruitment process and advise on best practice to ensure we are continuously delivering excellent customer service and ensure we are always compliant.
You will interview / screen candidates and deliver a compelling and consistent message to candidates that aligns with the Stryker brand and values to create a positive candidate experience.
You will manage end to end recruitment and be instrumental in executing the global talent acquisition strategy, projects and initiatives tailored to regional requirements.
You enjoy looking for new and innovative ways in which we can improve and contributing in continuously assessing and improving the talent acquisition infrastructure and processes to adapt to new needs as the organization grows and changes.
The role partners with regional and HR business leaders in order to ensure transparent, standardized services that meet the needs of the business.
You will hire mostly experienced professional level talent
Primarily focused on Exempt level roles, but possibly working on Non-Exempt level positions as needed
Primarily focused on multiple locations / function within 1+ countries
Full cycle recruitment, heavier reliance on sourcing
Leverage advanced recruiting tools and techniques (e.g. AI Sourcing, Boolean search) to identify, attract, screen and recommend external candidates
Regularly makes offers to candidates with a more complex compensation and benefits package (bonuses, company cares, relocation allowances) in collaboration with HRBP
Creates new sourcing strategies for one scope of roles
Independently provides hiring teams advice and guidance on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices
Frequently influences HM decisions on talent needs
Participates in global and / or complex projects focused on improvement of the TA function
Effective communication with Hiring Managers in daily business and more challenging discussions according to level of roles
Involved in interactions with leadership level beyond individual Hiring Managers
May selectively recommend utilization the services of employment agencies after approval of Recruitment Manager
Qualifications & Experience Required
4+ years of recruitment experience.
Bachelor’s degree or suitable relevant experience
Fluent in English and ideally another European language
Proven success in recruiting mid to senior level management within a relevant sector. Proven ability in assessing, interviewing and recruiting top (senior) talent.
Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and strategies and solid understanding of the employment marketplace and trends in recruiting strategies.
You are an excellent networker and relationship builder. You adapt easily to work with a variety of people in various roles and levels of management in a fast-paced organization
