The Role The Digital Designer will work on the end to end across research, wire-framing and prototyping, with the key focus of providing interactive designs to be implemented with the development team.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the problems and priorities for that team. You will then work on the visual design, with user experience in mind and with support from existing team members, to come up with beautiful experiences for our customers across web and mobile interfaces and help shape the performance of all of our touch-points across key projects.
You will also work closely with the marketing department to help market our products and services across communications, social and paid search.

Show the ability to own design problems from end to end Designing detailed workflows and interfaces that bring solutions to life Be used to a hands-on role working with various different team members Be a high energy person who can generate own ideas Enjoy designing solutions to benefit the customer to ensure a smooth process for various problems Demonstrate a clear understanding and ability to translate brands into digital executions and think digital first’ when creating design experiences.
Be a senior point of contact in the creative process, art direction and UI design strategy providing thoughtful and relevant input at every stage of the project.
Develop trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for the creative credibility and process of the creative team.
Ensure a consistent visual identity, and look and feel across all deliverables in order to maximise the customer experience and brand identity.
Present ideas and creative to stakeholders for sign off. Work closely with the development team to ensure all designs are perfected at the development stage.
What you will bring... Strong awareness of best practice accessibility standards. Drive the vision, product management of a design system of visual style, UI components.
Experience in UX & UI design Experience in design and prototype tools Understanding of Figma software Understanding of web development Understanding of mobile development Experience of working alongside teams such as development teams Strong communication skills written and oral Problem-solving and creative thinking aptitude A strong portfolio of work, specifically in website design, showcasing UX and visual skills Ideally B2B in a financial based industry What you will get.
