Your job as a Business Development Consultant is to identify sales leads, pitch Feefo's product and services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve their revenue target. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with prospects, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Identifying new sales leads
Pitching products and / or services
Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
To establish key themes in the market to help provide insight to the product and management team
Any other tasks or projects as business needs require
Educated to GCSE Level
At least 2 years relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages
Organised and confident in communicating over the phone, writing and in person
Excellent cuStomer service focus with the ability to solve problems effectively
