Description

Your job as a Business Development Consultant is to identify sales leads, pitch Feefo's product and services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve their revenue target. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with prospects, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching products and / or services
  • Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • To establish key themes in the market to help provide insight to the product and management team
  • Any other tasks or projects as business needs require
  • Requirements

  • Educated to GCSE Level
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Organised and confident in communicating over the phone, writing and in person
  • Excellent cuStomer service focus with the ability to solve problems effectively
