Role You will own and manage the allocated Procurement Category Develop and improve the category strategy Lead and develop strategic partner supplier relationships Build and deliver the cost reduction plan, develop supplier performance, and risk mitigation plans You shall negotiate and conclude pricing and commercial contracts to ensure optimal cost, supply and customer service You will lead the RFP process for the assigned Procurement Category You are expected to deliver incremental value to the Global Procurement team strategy and objectives.

Work You will have had experience in the procurement of the electronic and electro mechanical components. Be familiar with industry supply chain processes and have a wide market supply base knowledge.

We require you to have a minimum of 7 years proven experience in a global procurement role and knowledge of building meaningful supplier relationships.

You will need to have validated experience of successfully leading large value supplier contracts and growing our supply base influence.

Be experienced in positive negotiation skills and supplier relationship management You should demonstrate extensive experience of RFI / RFQ creation, management and governance You can demonstrate Evidence of managing multiple assignments at any one time, delivering high quality work that meet agreed commitments You should have an advanced level of ability with Microsoft Office products Preferably SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP experience Key Behaviors and Competencies : Proven ability to successfully interact with both internal and external supply base partners.

Strong problem-solving and relationship building skills in both complex supplier and internal relationship environments.
