As our new Senior Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and growing team, contributing to technical design and other aspects of Engineering.
Our UK team sits within the Ramboll’s Global Energy business and comprises 30 engineers and consultants based in London.
Ramboll is the world leader within design of offshore foundations for wind turbines, having performed designs for more than 60 offshore wind farms.
More than 60% of the world’s offshore wind turbines rise from foundations designed by Ramboll.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be :
Designing and developing offshore support structures
Analysis and optimization of structural designs
Documenting project results as well as attending and conducting project meetings with clients
Coordination of project developments in the bid and execution phases
Management of the primary steel project division
Close cooperation with other locations, especially Denmark and Germany

For this role, we believe your starting point is :
You have successfully completed your degree in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on steel construction or similar areas of study
You have experience working in the offshore wind industry
You have proven experience in steel construction; preferably wind energy and / or hydraulic / structural dynamics

You are a communicative personality that can interface comfortably with clients
You are proactive, reliable, solution-oriented and systematic
