New York is home to the heart of our US operation, with a combined retail floor space of over 70,000 square feet split between our SoHo and 5th Avenue locations.

TOPSHOP TOPMAN SoHo is our first US store, opening its doors in 2009 and is a stone’s throw away from our Corporate office.

Our 5th Avenue store, located in the shadow of the Rockefeller Center is the state’s largest TOPSHOP TOPMAN. With these iconic locations and over 500 New Yorkers on the team, the pace and environment is incredible and keeps our customer coming back for more.

  • Play an active part in ensuring stock availability for the customer
  • Maintain an exceptional shopping experience for the customer by efficiently processing shipment and back stock
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, putting the needs of the customer first to ensure that stockroom tasks don’t impact on the customer experience
  • Store

  • Collect and organize materials and tools needed to process shipment from all areas across the store
  • Keep up to date with what’s happening in the brand and the latest trends and product
  • Promote all brand initiatives which support the perfect operation (all sizes out, efficient processing times and e-plen)
  • Able to recognize and identify product by department to support with size checks, price changes and promotional offers
  • Competent in the correct handling and processing of transfers and damages
  • Highlight any opportunities to do things better to the Team Lead and Management Team
  • Play an active part in delivering daily targets and goals for the store
  • Actively support activity that reduces shrink in store
  • Maintain housekeeping and stockroom standards in order to drive the perfect operation
  • Maintain a safe environment for your team and customers by following health and Safety guidelines
  • Deliver on any Duties of Responsibilities (DORs) or projects assigned by the management team
  • Knowledge and adherence to all company policies and procedures

  • Demonstrate the ability to work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests and tasks
  • Work as a team player and identify when somebody in the team needs support
