Temporary Office Administrator (Birmingham area) required by a leading international charity to develop and maintain efficient and effective administrative systems that support the Regional Manager and fieldworkers in the delivery and promotion of a direct welfare service to their end users.
This is an ongoing temporary role for approx. 12 weeks (may be extended), working 30 hours per week, paying circa £10.00 to 11.
00 per hour interviews asap and immediate start thereafter this role is based in Birmingham, West Midlands.
Duties include :
Provide administrative support in relation to quality assurance activities, learning and development processes and travel and accommodation arrangements.
Provide administrative support in relation to the recruitment process of new starters and exit process of leavers.
Provide administrative support to meetings, including organising, coordinating paperwork, and taking / typing up / distributing minutes.
Manage the office administration including accurate input data onto the management information system.
Type up minutes and supervision notes, collate data and maintain spreadsheets, analyse and process monthly individual statistical forms to inform the Regional Manager and others, as necessary.
Undertake duties on the dedicated telephone service, on a rotational / duty basis, such as answering calls, signposting, and taking messages, referring to management where necessary.
Maintain an up-to-date list of the vetting checks for staff in the relevant region.
