These roles will complement our teaching staff and will be an essential part of delivering an outstanding student experience.
The Personal Development Tutor role will be responsible for the tutorial and its implementation within an identified curriculum area and will also manage effective pastoral and academic support and promote the achievement of students within a designated curriculum area.
The Employability Skills Coach role (both term time only and a full time role) will be to work with college students and prospective students to raise the standards of their employability skills and improve their prospects of securing apprenticeships and work.
