The Pre-Production Team Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the team across Development, Sampling and Raw Materials departments.

You will manage the collection data and information from creating and maintaining bill of materials (BOM’s) across all systems for the accessories range, ensuring the correct information is passed onto suppliers and manufacturers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Creating and management of BOM’s. · Management of all accessories carry over product. · Providing administrative support to Development, Sampling and Raw Materials departments.

  • Transferring leather technical data to the system and maintaining updates.· Raising purchase orders (PO’s) and BOM information to share with suppliers.
  • Main point of contact for all tonal information and any queries.· Manage stock transfers and process shipments with Good Received Notes (GRN’s) for sealed samples· Manage prototyping / sealed sample material stock take throughout the year, submitting information required by Finance in line with the bi-annual deadlines.
  • Ad hoc project work and off calendar duties to support the objectives of the Pre-Production team as required.Shared Responsibilities :
  • Supporting all teams with UPS and DHL shipments during busy periods.
  • Control all stock and invoices.
  • Update suppliers regarding the status of materials and approvals.
  • Ad Hoc administration support during busy periods for Development, Sampling and Raw Materials team. BRAND · Understand and demonstrate the Mulberry employee values and behaviours : Be Bold, Be Imaginative, Be Open, Be Responsible.

  • TEAM · Participate in team meetings.· Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders. Skills and Knowledge Required : · Computer literate with Microsoft Office Word.

    PowerPoint and Excel· Previous experience in the maintenance of product databases (Prima PD, SAP, Business Objects, Order Management or similar.

    Enjoys working in part of a team.· Interested in production and understanding product database systems · Proven ability in producing accurate work with attention to detail.

  • Adaptable : can adopt a flexible approach to work and adapt quickly and effectively to unexpected changes whilst ensuring objectives are met, particularly to cater for peaks in business demands and ad-hoc projects.
